KKP Lending Income Calculator
See how much your lending branch may collect, earn, and re-lend every day. Change the location or assumptions to see a 365-day estimate.
Location and PSA population
Potential borrowers in your selected location
PSA census population is verified from the CSV. Borrower eligibility, competition and KKP market share are adjustable estimates—not official PSA statistics.
Adjust your lending capital
Increase your available lending fund to serve more of the estimated KKP borrower market. Results below recalculate using your selected city and 365-day re-lending assumptions.
How are potential borrowers estimated?
Population × assumed adult share × assumed loan eligibility × (1 − assumed competition) × assumed KKP annual market capture. The calculator then limits daily lending by customer acquisition, available cash and collections. These assumptions can be changed in Advanced settings below.
How the daily lending cycle works
Based on the recurring-collection illustration: the initial 200 loans are released before Day 1, repayments are collected daily, and every complete ₱5,000 available is lent again. New loans start repaying the following day; qualified existing clients may renew after their 90-day term. The cycle continues for 365 days.
Standard scenario: 80% on-time payments, with delayed installments recovered using the assumption in Advanced settings. The ideal scenario is for comparison only.

Borrower growth & daily collections — 1 year
See how the opening 200 borrowers, daily collections, and reinvested loans develop across 365 days. Amounts change with the selected PSA location, borrower market and collection scenario.
| Simulation day | Active borrowers paying | Daily collections | New clients that day | Repeat loans that day | Total unique clients served |
|---|
Active borrowers include returning clients with a newly funded 90-day loan; completed loans with unpaid arrears are tracked separately. Weekly earnings are a 365-day average, not a guaranteed payout. Collections include repayment of loan principal and are not the same as profit. Net income shown is before taxes and any unmodeled credit losses.
Advanced settings — market and borrower eligibility
Adjust the local-market assumptions below. Only population comes from the supplied PSA dataset; all other percentages are editable scenario assumptions.
Eligibility, competition, capture and acquisition are business assumptions, not verified demand. The initial approved borrowers are funded at opening (subject to available capital and estimated local market). Monthly acquisition limits apply to additional borrowers; eligible existing borrowers can renew after their loan matures, subject to available collected cash.
Advanced settings — loan terms and operating assumptions
The default co-funder payment is ₱30,000 at each model month-end (36% of ₱1,000,000 annually), or ₱360,000 over 12 payments. It is paid separately by the operator, outside the revolving lending capital. Monthly operating expenses default to ₱200,000 based on your KKP operational payables. Edit the line items below to update all projections.

Advanced settings — operating expenses
Edit the monthly amounts to update the annual operating budget and all cash-flow projections. The collection officer amount covers two officers in total.

Detailed cash flow and reports
3. Daily payment per borrower
4. How daily reinvestment works
Issue 200 initial loans → collect scheduled installments daily → re-lend 100% of available collections in ₱5,000 increments → new borrowers begin paying the next day. Operating expenses and funder payments are funded separately from the operator’s pocket and deducted only when reporting annual net income.
5. Estimated 365-day results
Unpaid scheduled installments are tracked as arrears and recovered gradually according to the editable recovery rate. They are not counted as cash until received. Loans issued today start repayment tomorrow.
6. Monthly cash flow and earnings
| Period | Cash collections | Principal collected | Interest collected | New loans issued | Co-funder payments (external) | Operating costs + provision (external) | Income after costs |
|---|
7. Income after co-funder payments and operating expenses
Income after costs = collected interest − co-funder payments − operating expenses − provision. Recovered principal is not income. These cash-based figures are not audited net profit: unpaid principal, taxes, and other liabilities require separate treatment. The 365-day illustration uses 12 scheduled funder payments at 30-day intervals. Operating costs and funder payments are funded outside the loan portfolio and deducted from annual interest earnings only in the net-income report.
8. What this projection means
Loan disbursements represent lending turnover, not profit. Immediate re-lending assumes continuing qualified borrower demand and enough liquidity to meet obligations. Actual performance depends on collections, defaults, expenses, funding terms and effective-interest compliance.
