FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY

Explore daily collections and revolving capital

Use our dedicated financial workspace to review the 90-collection-day lending example, monthly and annual cash flows, operating expenses and printable reports.

UNDERSTANDING THE NUMBERS

How lending collections and operating results work

Financial information from the KKP presentation, explained in plain language.

Loan example: ₱5,000

₱5,300 total repayment over 90 collection days in the presentation. That is ₱5,000 recovered principal plus ₱300 financing charge for the entire example loan.

Daily collection is about ₱58.89 per collection day. The poster also quotes ₱204 per day based on a different 26-day convention; these figures are not directly reconcilable, so the calculator uses 90 actual collection installments.

Open detailed calculator ↗

Reinvesting collected capital

Daily payments return principal to the lending fund. When enough available cash accumulates, it can fund another qualified borrower. This increases lending turnover, but recovered principal is not profit.

Operating income comes from earned financing charges and permitted fees, less provisions, applicable fees and operating costs.

Facilities & utilities

Office rent ₱40,000; electricity ₱20,000; water ₱2,000; other utilities ₱6,000; internet ₱2,000; software ₱10,000.

People & support

Collection, lending, branch management, marketing and security personnel. The poster summarizes total operating costs as ₱200,000 per month.

The poster's ₱4.5M “net profit” figure is not used as calculated profit because it appears to include recovered principal. Use the calculator for a transparent interest-versus-principal breakdown. The poster's “6% monthly” description and ₱300 total charge over 90 days also require reconciliation before being used as contractual loan terms.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to the most common questions about joining KKP Lending.

How much are the franchise fees?

The KKP Standard Franchise Package is ₱3,000,000 total, inclusive of the ₱500,000 loan capital allocation and ₱1,000,000 office setup allocation. Package inclusions, payment terms and territory conditions are confirmed during orientation and in the final agreement.

Is loanable capital included in the franchise fee?

Yes. The Standard Package includes ₱500,000 allocated to lending capital within the ₱3,000,000 package price. Lending capital is deployed under applicable operating and credit policies.

How much should I budget for the office?

The ₱3,000,000 Standard Package includes an estimated ₱1,000,000 office setup allocation. Actual location, fit-out, equipment and staffing costs depend on the approved branch plan.

How does KKP Lending generate income through capital rolling?

KKP Lending uses capital rolling, or the continuous reinvestment of available loan collections. As borrowers make daily repayments, collected funds accumulate. Once sufficient funds are available, KKP may release new loans to other qualified borrowers, subject to credit approval, liquidity requirements and lending policies.

Example: If ₱50,000 is collected in daily repayments and is available for relending, it could support 10 new approved loans of ₱5,000 each. The cycle is Lending → Daily Collection → Capital Accumulation → Re-Lending.

This helps keep capital circulating and creates opportunities to earn interest or financing charges on new loans. Recovered principal is not profit. Actual earnings depend on collections, borrower demand, loan terms, operating expenses and credit risk.

How do daily collections and revolving capital work?

For the illustrative daily-collection product, a ₱5,000 loan has a approximately ₱58.89 scheduled per collection day over 90 collection days (₱5,300 total repayment). Collections include recovered principal and earned interest or charges. Recovered principal may fund additional lending, subject to demand, collections, liquidity and policy. Principal repayments are not profit.

What ongoing support is available?

The described program includes operational guidance, training, marketing frameworks, borrower-screening and collection workflows, and systems support. The exact scope, service levels, charges and responsibilities must be documented in the agreement.

Can I reserve a specific city or territory?

Territory requests are subject to availability, feasibility review, eligibility, any applicable reservation terms and formal approval. Submitting an inquiry does not grant exclusivity or licensing rights.

What income or ROI can a franchisee expect?

Use the feasibility calculator to explore estimated daily collections, capital recycling, monthly and annual operating income, break-even requirements and ROI. Results are projections based on selected assumptions and collection performance; actual outcomes may vary.

Are PSA statistics used to forecast revenue?

No. Philippine Statistics Authority figures are used only as a population reference for the selected location. Borrower penetration, loan performance, costs, interest or charges, and projected returns are separate illustrative KKP assumptions.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

KKP can arrange an orientation, discuss territory availability and requirements, and explain the next steps. The website inquiry form currently requires a dedicated submission endpoint before it can transmit applications.
